Directions

  1. Place 6 steaks (NY Strip, Ribeye, Sirloin) in a large shallow glass dish.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well. Pour marinade over meat; cover with saran wrap and marinate for 8 hrs in refrigerator.
  3. Drain meat, throw away marinade. Place on grill about 5 inches from medium-warm coals. Cook meat 3-4 min on each side for medium rare.
  4. NOTES : This marinade makes the steaks taste like "Bourbon Street" steaks= from Steak"N Ale, a restaurant here in the South.
