Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 4 x boned and skinned chicken breast halves
- 6 ounce frzn orange juice concentrate - thawed
- 3 Tbsp. bourbon
Directions
- Brown chicken in butter over medium heat. Add in orange juice concentrate; simmer till chicken is tender. Remove chicken from pan. Add in bourbon to orange juice. Place chicken back into the sauce. Heat through and serve immediately.
