Boston Lettuce Salad With Creamy Vinaigrette Recipe

- Wash and dry lettuce leaves; tear into bite-size pcs. Wrap in paper towel or possibly tea towel and chill till serving time.
- In small bowl, whisk together vinegar, garlic, mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Gradually whisk in oil.
- Just before serving, whisk cream into vinaigrette. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Drizzle over lettuce and toss.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
