(Borden's) Fresh Fruit Pizza Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce.) can condensed lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 c. softened butter
  • 1/4 c. light brown sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. quick cooking oats
  • 1/4 c. finely minced nuts
  • Strawberries, green grapes & kiwi

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Makes a 12" pie.
  2. In medium bowl combine condensed lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream, lemon juice and vanilla; mix well. Chill.
  3. In large bowl beat butter and sugar till fluffy; fold in flour, oats and walnuts till thoroughly blended. On lightly oiled pizza pan, press dough into pan forming a rimmed edge. Prick with fork. Bake 10 min. Cold. Spoon filling onto crust. Arrange fruit on top: green grapes, strawberries, kiwi fruit. Refrigeratebefore serving and chill left overs.
