Ingredients

  • 2 Packages boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken or possibly celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. dry beef slices
  • Sliced bacon

Directions

  1. Place dry beef on bottom of large baking dish. Use mallet to lb. chicken breasts till thin and cut in half. Place chicken on top of dry beef. Place bacon slices on top of chicken. Put in a preheated oven and cook for 20 min at 375 degrees. Mix lowfat sour cream, chicken soup and mushroom soup together. Pour over chicken breasts. Bake for 45 min to 1 hour at 350 degrees.
