Directions

  1. Combine all but shrimp in saucepan and boil for 15 min. Wash. Drain and add in shrimp. Simmer. Don't BOIL. Cold in water. Remove shrimp. Continue to boil liquid down to minimum 2 c.. Add in cream to taste (approximately 1/2 c.). If serve warm, add in 1 Tbsp. butter. Better if served chilled in refrigerator 2 hrs.
