Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. Oil
  • 3/4 lb boned and skinned chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 5 ounce pizza sauce
  • 1 whl 12" Boboli Italian Bread Shell
  • 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 ounce)
  • 2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. 1. Heat oven to 450F.
  2. 2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add in chicken; cook and stir till cooked through.
  3. 3. Stir in sauce.
  4. 4. Spoon chicken mix onto bread shell and sprinkle with cheeses.
  5. 5. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 10 min or possibly till bread shell is crisp.
  6. NOTES : This is a great use for left over roasted chicken - Skip step 2 and combine the chicken and sauce then microwave to heat mix to hot/warm. Continue with Step 4.
