Ingredients

  • 2 lb bluefish (or possibly other fish) fillets
  • 2 Tbsp. finely-minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. finely-minced green pepper
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1/4 c. wine vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream or possibly mayonnaise Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Remove skin from bluefish and dark layer under skin. Cut bluefish into very small pcs. Put into a bowl and add in all ingredients except lowfat sour cream, toss gently. Chill till thoroughly chilled.
  2. Just before serving, stir in lowfat sour cream or possibly mayonnaise.
