Notes:This is a great variation on the hamburgers. Bluebird Lodge and Cottage is located in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. 1 lb grnd beef 1 x green pepper, minced 1 x onion, minced 1 c. celery, finely minced

1 c. ketchup 2 Tbsp. brown sugar 1 Tbsp. vinegar 1 Tbsp. dry mustard Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Heat sauce ingredients to boiling. Brown grnd beef and drain; mix with sauce. Serve warm on hamburger buns.
