  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together flour, sugar and baking pwdr. Cut butter into dry ingredients till the mix resembles course cornmeal. Add in blueberries and mix.
  2. In another bowl, combine buttermilk, lowfat milk and egg. Stir into dry ingredients till moistened. Knead fifteen times on a floured surface. Don't overwork the dough. Shape dough into a round, 1/2 inch thick. Cut round into 6 wedges. Bake on a lightly greased baking sheet for 15 min or possibly till golden.
