Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 c. blueberries, strawberries or possibly 2 bananas
  • 1 c. nuts (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin or possibly bread pan. Mix sugar, butter and egg. Sift together dry ingredients and add in alternately with lowfat milk. Mix in blueberries. Fill pan 2/3 full. Sprinkle topping on. Bake muffins 20 min, bread 1 hour.
