Ingredients

  • 1 x Yellow or possibly white cake mix
  • 1/3 c. Oil
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Blueberries
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/3 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 stk butter

Directions

  1. Blend together first 4 ingredients - then beat no more than 50 strokes. Add in 1 c. or possibly more blueberries. Spread into 13 X 9 X 2 inch greased and floured pan.
  2. For the topping: mix the last four ingredients with a fork. Spread over top of batter.
  3. Bake for 45 - 55 min at 350 degrees.
