Ingredients

  • 1 pkt dry yeast
  • 2 c. Gourmet Blend flour
  • 1/2 c. instant nonfat dry lowfat milk
  • 2 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine melted
  • 2 x Large eggs room temperature, beaten
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 c. blueberry syrup heated
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 3/4 c. plain yogurt
  • 1/4 c. blueberries

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in order listed. Last 1/4 c. of blueberries should be added at the last kneading (10 beeps). Use the fruit bread setting. This is a very moist dinner bread. If you desire to reduce the moisture and make a larger loaf, increase the flour by 1/2 c..
