Ingredients

  • packet of shop bought puff pastry
  • 2 x tubs of mascarpone
  • 1 tub clear honey fresh blueberries icing sugar to dust

Directions

  1. Method
  2. 1. Roll out the puff pastry into a large square and cook according to the instructions on the packet (approximately 7 min). Once cooked, leave the pastry to cold.
  3. 2. Mix the mascarpone and honey together and spread over the cooled pastry.
  4. 3. Decorate with blueberries and a light dusting of icing sugar.
