  • 3 1/2 c. Blue cornmeal
  • 1 med Onion, minced
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 2 c. Pinto beans, cooked, liquid removed
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 c. Tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp Chili pwdr
  • 2 1/2 c. Cheese, grated or possibly tofu
  • 2 c. -water
  • 1/2 c. Green onions, minced
  • 1 x Egg or possibly egg sub., beaten Picante sauce
  • 1 c. Minced green chilies

Directions

  1. Mix first three ingredients. Combine water, egg and chilies in separate bow
