Ingredients

  • 1 x Grilled Large Chicken Breast, (cut into small pcs) Penne Pasta, (Cook sufficient for two following pkg. directions
  • 1/4 c. Blue Cheese or possibly Stilton, (up to 1/3)
  • 3/4 c. Cut Fresh Aspargus, cooked just to tender crisp
  • 1/4 c. Greek Olives, minced
  • 1/2 c. Fresh Tomatoes, minced Olive and Walnut oil to taste, (use 2 parts olive to 1 part walnut) Garlic pwdr, Italian herbs, Salt and Pepper

Directions

  1. Cook pasta to package directions and drain. Add in aspargus while they are still hot. Add in hot chicken, cheese, tomatoes, olives, tomatoes, and oils.
  2. Season with some garlic pwdr, salt, pepper and italian herbs to taste.
  3. Serve in pasta dishes with a nice italian bread.
  4. Note: This is the type of dish which you could add in more of any ingredient or possibly less according to ones own personal tastes.
