Ingredients

  • 4 pkt Gelatin, unflavored
  • 3 3/4 c. Tomato juice, divided
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 1 tsp Celery salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp Warm sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Aromatic bitters Lettuce Cheese, Cottage

Directions

  1. Soften gelatin in 3/4 c. tomato juice and 1/4 c. water; let stand 5 min.
  2. Combine 3 c. tomato juice, celery salt, Worcestershire, warm sauce, and bitters in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add in gelatin mix, stirring till gelatin dissolves.
  3. Pour into an oiled 4-1/2 c. ring mold; refrigeratetill hard. Unmold on lettuce-lined serving plate, and fill center with cottage cheese.
