Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. golden brown blintzes (cheese or possibly fruit) or possibly Retner blintzes
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. butter (melted)
  • 4 teaspoon orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 teaspoon sugar

Directions

  1. Grease a deep baking pan. Place frzn blintzes on bottom. Pour rest of ingredients in blender and blend till creamy. Put over blintzes. Bake at 375 degrees for first 15 min, then reduce heat to 350 degrees for 35 to 45 min till puffy and brown. When serving you may spoon warmed Comstock cherries or possibly blueberries on top.
