Ingredients
4 Large eggs
2 c. lowfat milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 c. flour
1 healthy pinch salt
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. flaked coconut
1 teaspoon baking pwdr
Directions
Put all ingredients into blender container. Blend 5 min. Pour into greased pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 min or possibly till golden. Serves 6-8. Enjoy!
