Ingredients

  • 4 Large eggs
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 healthy pinch salt
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flaked coconut
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients into blender container. Blend 5 min. Pour into greased pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 min or possibly till golden. Serves 6-8. Enjoy!
