Ingredients
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 c. oil
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Blend Large eggs and garlic in blender. Add in oil SLOWLY and blend. Add in rest of ingredients and then blend. Chill. Saute/fry 4 slices of bread, cubed in 3 Tbsp. of butter till browned and crisp. More butter may be added.
- Just before serving mix in bread cubes in plain lettuce salad. Then put dressing on top. This may make 2 salads, depending on low large the salad is. Recipe is also a great dip or possibly beef fondue. You have to love garlic to enjoy this recipe.
