Ingredients
4 Large eggs
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
2 1/2 c. lowfat milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 c. coconut
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender; blend for 2 min. Pour into 9 or possibly 10 inch pie pan. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 min. It forms its own crust.
