Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. shortening
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 sm. head red cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 teaspoon caraway seed
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 minced onion

Directions

  1. In large skillet saute/fry onion, add in cabbage and all remaining ingredients. Cover and cook slowly till done. Don't let it burn!
