Ingredients
1 tbsp. shortening
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 sm. head red cabbage, shredded
1/4 teaspoon caraway seed
1/4 c. water
1 minced onion
Directions
In large skillet saute/fry onion, add in cabbage and all remaining ingredients. Cover and cook slowly till done. Don't let it burn!
