Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. shortening
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 sm. head red cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 teaspoon caraway seed
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 minced onion
Directions
- In large skillet saute/fry onion, add in cabbage and all remaining ingredients. Cover and cook slowly till done. Don't let it burn!
