Ingredients

  • 1 packet BLAIR banana or possibly vanilla pie mix, prepared & cooled
  • 2 baked 8 inch yellow cake layers, cooled
  • 1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon BLAIR chocolate flavoring
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. confectioners' sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. warm lowfat milk
  • Dash of salt

Directions

  1. Split cake layers horizontally to make 4 thin layers. Spread pudding on top of each layer and stack. Heat chocolate and butter in small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Combine confectioners' sugar, warm lowfat milk, salt in bowl and add in melted chocolate. Beat till smooth, add in BLAIR chocolate flavoring, spread over top of cake. Chill, store cake in refrigerator.
