Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Frzn unsweetened, 10 ounce. Blackberries, thawed
  • 1/4 c. Blackberry vinegar
  • 1/3 c. Sugar
  • 3/4 c. Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. Half and half

Directions

  1. Puree Blackberries by pushing through a sieve with back of wooden spoon.
  2. Blend vinegar and sugar in blender till smooth. With blender running, slowly add in oil, then half and half, then Blackberry puree (about 3/4 c.) Mix well. Chill till ready to serve. Shake well before stirring.
