Ingredients

  • Garlic
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 c. catsup
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry basil, crushed
  • 2-3 pound chuck steak

Directions

  1. Mix first 7 ingredients. Place meat in plastic bag, pour in mix. Marinate meat in refrigerator 6 hrs or possibly overnight, turning several times. Drain meat. Grill over medium heat. Brush with marinade occasionally.
