Ingredients
- 7 c. unbleached flour
- 12 lrg Large eggs
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. fresh coarsely-grnd black pepper
- 1/2 c. minced fresh parsley
Directions
- Prepare this recipe in 2 batches. In a food processor, combine half of the flour, 5 of the Large eggs and half of the salt, extra virgin olive oil, and pepper. Lightly beat the 6th egg in a small bowl. Process the flour/egg mix until it forms a ball, adding beaten egg as necessary as you go along. Make pasta in machine.
