Directions

  1. Choose a prepared black beans & rice mix, such as Mahatma, for convenience. Cook according to package directions. Meanwhile, hot some flour tortillas in the oven (wrap them in aluminum foil & bake at 350 for 8-10 min). When the beans & rice finish, fill each tortilla with the mix, plus a little salsa and/or possibly guacamole. Preparation time = approximately 20 min, or possibly however long it takes the beans & rice to cook.
