Directions

  1. Brush Bread with Olive Oil and Bake until Soft and Warm (about 5-10 min)
  2. Sautee Green Pepper, Onion and Red Pepper in Oil until tender
  3. Smash black beans and spread on top of bread
  4. Add sauteed veggies
  5. Sprinkle with Cheese
  6. Bake for 10-15 min at 350 until warm
  7. Top with Shredded lettuce and Sauce
