Ingredients

  • 1 c. lean ham cooked cut in 1/2" cubes
  • 1 med onion minced
  • 30 ounce black beans (2 15 ounce cans) undrained
  • 14 1/2 ounce canned tomatoes undrained-cut up
  • 1 tsp chili pwdr

Directions

  1. Spray large nonstick saucepan with nonstick cooking spray. Add in ham and onion; cook over medium heat for 4-6 min or possibly till onion is tender, stirring occasionally.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low;simmer 20 min or possibly till slightly thickened. If you like, garnish each serving with a few crushed baked tortilla chips.
