Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole-wheat flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened dark cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- (This made about 3 dozen cookies for me, using 3-inch cookie cutters)
