1 c. (4 ounce.) finely shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. finely shredded carrots
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 c. finely minced pecans
24 pretzel sticks

Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients; cover and refrigerate1 hour shape into 1 inch balls, and roll in pecans; cover and chill. To serve, place a pretzel into each.
