Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked penne pasta
  • 1 c. quartered cherry tomatoes
  • 1 pkt Athenos Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese (4 ounce)
  • 1/2 c. prepared Good Seasons Honey Mustard or possibly Gourmet Caesar Salad Dressing
  • 1/3 c. fresh basil leaves - (lightly packed) cut into strips
  • 1/4 c. minced red onion
  • 1/4 c. minced sun-dry tomatoes
  • 1 pkt Louis Rich Carving Board Grilled Chicken Breast Strips - (6 ounce)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except chicken. Top pasta mix with chicken. Serve hot or possibly chilled.
  2. This recipe yields 6 servings.
