Ingredients
- 1/2 pound breakfast sausage
- 2 tbsp. minced yellow onion
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 2 c. warm lowfat milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Fry sausage and onion in large fry pan till brown. Drain all but 2 Tbsp. of the grease. Stir in flour, add in warm lowfat milk. Stir constantly till thickened. Season and serve over hot biscuits.
