Ingredients
- 4-6 pork chops
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper and garlic to taste
- 1 can cream of chicken or possibly cream of celery soup
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
Directions
- Brown chops and put in bottom of casserole. Combine all remaining ingredients except biscuits. Cut biscuits in 8 pcs and mix into soup and celery mix. Pour over chops and bake at 350 degrees for 55 min till brown.
