Biscuit And Baking Mix Recipe

Ingredients

8 3/4 c. flour 1/3 c. baking pwdr 1/4 c. sugar

1 tbsp. salt 2 c. shortening

Directions

1. Mix flour, baking pwdr, sugar, and salt. Cut in shortening, 1 c. at a time, till like coarse meal. Put in covered container or possibly plastic bag, stores for 3 months at room temperature. Can be used for any biscuits, pancakes, muffins, etc. which can be made with commercial biscuit mix.
