Directions

  1. Dough: Sift dry ingredients. Add in shortening & mix thoroughly. Add in egg to lowfat milk & add in to dry mix to make a soft dough. Divide dough into 2 pcs.
  2. Roll out 1/8-inch thick & cut into 6 quarters. Fit into muffin tins. Fill with corned beef mix & fold edges of pastry over to center. Moisted edges with water to make them stick together. Bake 20 min at 375 or possibly till browned. Filling: Heat butter in heavy skillet. Add in onions & cook slowly till soft. Add in flour. Stir. Add in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil & stir till thick.
