Bill's Favorite Dessert Recipe

Ingredients

4 pkt Knox unflavored gelatin 1 x kiwi peeled, diced 1 c. raspberries 1 c. strawberries diced

1/2 c. seedless red grapes halved 1 Tbsp. banana extract 1 Tbsp. orange extract 1/2 tsp strawberry extract Mint leaves Whipped cream for serving

Directions

1. Put gelatin and 2 c. water in saucepan; stir till dissolved.
2. Add in remainder of ingredients, and simmer till raspberries dissolve.
3. Pour into mold to cold. Serve topped with fresh whipped cream.
4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
