Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.Defrost spinach.
  2. Mix together cream cheese, Parmesan, and mayonnaise in a large bowl with electric mixer. Then, gently mix in pecans, Gorganzola cheese, artichokes, garlic, and spinach.
  3. Place in a baking dish approximately 8"x13" inches.
  4. Sporadically sprinkle bread crumbs over the top, allowing the dip to show through.
  5. Then scatter the mozzarella on top, and top it off with chunks of goat cheese!
  6. Leave in the oven till top is golden, then take out and serve.
  7. Your guests will love you!!!
