  • 1 (15 ounce) box raisin bran cereal
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 5 c. flour
  • 5 teaspoon soda
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 quart. buttermilk
  • 1 c. oil

Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, beat large eggs. Add in buttermilk and oil. Mix well. Add in egg mix to cereal mix. Store in refrigerator in covered container. Will keep 6 weeks. Use to bake as desired. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake 15 to 18 min in 400 degree oven.
