Fold two opposite edges together and pinch well in center (in this photo those would be in 9 and 3 o'clock positions). Then fold in opposite edges (12 and 6 o'clock positions) toward center, pinching the Y shape edges together well to seal filling inside.

For Hungry Man size, use two dinner roll dough balls, double the filling on bottom one, top with second circle and crimp edges all around to seal in filling.
