Ingredients
- 1 can cream of broccoli soup
- 3 lb boneless breasts of chicken
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 bag frzn broccoli Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Directions
- Place chicken in the crock. Cover with frzn vegetables, cream of broccoli soup and lowfat milk. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook on LOW all day (8 to 10 hours) or possibly HIGH 4 to 6 hrs. Serve over rice.
