Ingredients
- 10 med -sized ripe bananas
- 5 c. sugar (2 1/2 lbs.)
- 1 x juice of 1 lemon
- 1 x 6 ounce. bottle liquid pectin
Directions
- Peel and crush the bananas to a fine pulp. Place in a preserving kettle and add in the sugar and lemon juice. Heat slowly till sugar has dissolved, stirring constantly. Bring to a full rolling boil and immediately stir in liquid pectin. Ladle into warm sterilized jars and seal immediately.
