  • 8 quart. box dry powdered lowfat milk
  • 2 pound can powdered chocolate lowfat milk mix
  • 6 ounce jar Coffeemate
  • 1/2 c. 4X confectioners' sugar

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients. Store in large container. To make hot chocolate, add in 1/2 cup mix to one cup hot water.
