Ingredients

  • 3 Large eggs
  • 2 c. buttermilk or possibly sour lowfat milk (add in 1 teaspoon vinegar to lowfat milk)
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tbsp. soft butter

Directions

  1. In mixing bowl, add in all ingredients. Beat all together. Sometimes for variety, I use 1 c. white flour and 1 c. whole wheat flour. Bake on lightly greased waffle iron.
