  • 8 med. potatoes, cooked and cut in sm. cubes
  • 1 lg. stalk celery, minced
  • 1 jar pimiento, liquid removed and minced
  • 1/4 c. sweet relish
  • 1/2 sm. green pepper, minced
  • 2 hard cooked Large eggs
  • 2 tbsp. sweet pickle juice
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. salad dressing
  • 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients into bowl and then toss to mix well. Serve warm or possibly cool.
