Ingredients
- 8 med. potatoes, cooked and cut in sm. cubes
- 1 lg. stalk celery, minced
- 1 jar pimiento, liquid removed and minced
- 1/4 c. sweet relish
- 1/2 sm. green pepper, minced
- 2 hard cooked Large eggs
- 2 tbsp. sweet pickle juice
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. salad dressing
- 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Put all ingredients into bowl and then toss to mix well. Serve warm or possibly cool.
