Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked chicken (boneless, skinless) breast
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp. garlic pwdr
- 1 c. red grapes
- 1 c. pecan halves
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1 c. cubed red apple pcs
- 1 tbsp. Miracle Whip
- 1 tbsp. lowfat sour cream (or possibly yogurt for "lite" recipe)
Directions
- Cook chicken pcs in the oil, soy sauce and garlic pwdr till done. Mix all remaining ingredients together and you're ready for the best ever chicken salad.
