Ingredients

  • 6 bell peppers
  • 1/2 pound grnd meat
  • 1/2 pound pork sausage
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1/2 c. celery, minced
  • 1/2 c. bell pepper, minced
  • 2 toes garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon creole seasoning
  • 2 c. cooked yellow rice

Directions

  1. Clean and parboil peppers. Brown meat and sausage in skillet. Remove. Saute/fry onion, celery, and pepper till tender. Add in rice, garlic and seasoning. Stuff peppers. Place in baking pan with a 1/4 c. water. Cover pan with foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour.
