Ingredients

  • 4 lg. (skinned and boned) chicken breasts
  • 1/2 pound bacon
  • 3 to 6 ounce. dry beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 carton lowfat sour cream

Directions

  1. Spray baking dish with Pam. Cover bottom with dry beef. Cut chicken breasts in half and wrap with slice of bacon and place on dry beef. Mix mushroom soup and lowfat sour cream together. Cover chicken breasts and bake uncovered for 3 hrs in 275 degree oven. (Don't dilute soup).
