  1. Cream together butter and sugar. Add in Large eggs and crushed bananas. Combine well.
  2. Sift together flour, soda and salt. Add in to creamed mix. Add in vanilla.
  3. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 F, 60 min.
  4. Keeps well, refrigerated.
  5. Yield 1 Loaf.
  6. My notes: I made muffins, so changed title to include which. VERY moist and flavorful. Sticky. Big hit. We added pecans. In other bakings, I've added walnuts. Both are fantastic.
  7. Bake muffins 16 -19 min.
  8. Additional notes: I've made this using frzn and thawed bananas and it was perfect. But the best of all was "baking" it in the rice steamer. Absolutely incredible!
